Why I built this discipline

Most organisational problems are addressed before they are understood.

Across organisations of different sizes, sectors, and stages of growth, I have observed the same pattern: a problem emerges, leadership responds, and the problem returns. Not because people lack capability or commitment, but because the intervention addressed the visible outcome while the architecture producing it remained unchanged. I call this the Diagnostic Emergence Error™ — the tendency to mistake outcomes for root causes. The Kaylee-Jane Diagnostic Discipline™ was built to address this directly. It provides a structured approach to identifying the organisational architectures producing outcomes and redesigning them with precision. This is not a general consulting methodology.
